Advocare Spark

Uncategorized

Okay, I’ve heard all sorts of great things about Advocare’s Spark drink, but I’ve never really thought anything about it until I started seeing a ton of people talk about it on Instagram. I finally broke down and ordered a box of it (which was kinda expensive!). I received it a few weeks ago and tried it the day I got it…at 4pm. It was NOT a good idea to drink it that late. It made me feel jittery and I had problems sleeping that night, which I assume was due to the caffeine. I thought it just wasn’t for me and it sat in the cabinet until this morning.
It is a rarity that I ever have a few extra minutes before I have to leave, so I started about fixing myself a cup of coffee when I rediscovered this product. I thought I’d give it another go and I’m so glad I did. Drinking it in the morning proved to be MUCH better!!! I had tons of energy throughout the day and it might just be my imagination, but it did seem to help me focus a lot better and be determined to get more done. I’m sold on this drink mix!
The flavor above is the fruit punch and it was delish! I’m thinking about trying the green apple next.
Have you ever tried Advocare Spark? What flavors do you like best?

I used to drink spark years ago to help me focus during my workouts and give me more energy when I was running … Back when I ran about 4 miles a day! It was great! I haven't heard anything about it in years! I'd never thought about drinking it in the morning! Maybe I need to give it another spin!

I love Spark! There are lots of Advocare advocates that are school colleagues and we often get a Spark from each other if we're lagging by the afternoon. I've had it even towards evening and never have felt jittery or strange…I could drink it all day! Fruit Punch is my fave (grape's okay too). If you sign up to be a distributor ($50 maybe?), you can get a discount on all of your orders! That's what we do!

I love the spark! also, I have been using spark for a few months now,, I believe I'm on my 3rd or 4th canister now. I love how recharged and energized it makes me feel. It has allowed me to give up the coffee for a vitamin packed natural energy drink. It lasts so much longer throughout the day that my old cup of joe would. Thank you Advocare for this fantastic drink. Of course,, sign up as a distributor,, instant 20% off, and you can make money in the process. If you don't know one to sign up under,, I'd be happy to have you on my team, and im sure the southern belle here would too if she is an independent distributor. I've got info on becoming a distributor over on sparkenergizes.blogspot.com Nice blog page here Southern Belle!

I have never heard about Spark before, but it looks interesting and it's great drink instead of coffee! Would you like to follow each other?

I love grape, and I drink it every day during the week. However, now that I've been drinking it for 3+ months, I've found it doesn't have the same effect on me which is a bummer…. I really liked the extra get up and go!

What I read this week 🩷📖 It took me all wee What I read this week 🩷📖

It took me all week to read The Favorites by Layne Fargo, which usually means I’m not loving a book, but I’m thrilled that’s not the case with this book! It was just a super busy week for me so I didn’t read as much every day as I wanted, but I absolutely LOVED this book! It releases January 14, so mark your calendars now! I don’t even love figure skating/ ice dancing (honestly I’ve never even heard of this) and I still was obsessed with this book. Highly highly recommend!

Synopsis:

She might not have a famous name, funding, or her family’s support, but Katarina Shaw has always known that she was destined to become an Olympic skater. When she meets Heath Rocha, a lonely kid stuck in the foster care system, their instant connection makes them a formidable duo on the ice. Clinging to skating—and each other—to escape their turbulent lives, Kat and Heath go from childhood sweethearts to champion ice dancers, captivating the world with their scorching chemistry, rebellious style, and roller-coaster relationship.

Until a shocking incident at the Olympic Games brings their partnership to a sudden end.

As the ten-year anniversary of their final skate approaches, an unauthorized documentary reignites the public obsession with Shaw and Rocha, claiming to uncover the “real story” through interviews with their closest friends and fiercest rivals. Kat wants nothing to do with the documentary, but she can’t stand the thought of someone else defining her legacy. So, after a decade of silence, she’s telling her story: from the childhood tragedies that created her all-consuming bond with Heath to the clash of desires that tore them apart. Sensational rumors have haunted their every step for years, but the truth may be even more shocking than the headlines
